Overview
This NEW 2-Day seminar is aimed at companies that have already implemented data warehousing systems and who are trying to integrate business intelligence (BI) produced from data warehouse analyses into business operations for competitive advantage and more efficient business operations. The seminar initially focuses on how to make this integration happen from a technology perspective. It then switches to how to use these technologies to leverage business intelligence so as to improve customer service, increase customer value and improve marketing effectiveness on the one hand while optimising business operations and reducing costs on the other.

It consists of two half-day modules on technology followed by two half-day modules on using business intelligence to maximum effect. This gives an even balance between technologies needed and business solutions.

It looks at metrics that are relevant to marketing, customer service and sales and looks at how this intelligence can be leveraged across all customer touchpoints to cross-sell/up-sell, personalize and target marketing and retain customers by improving service. It also looks at the packaged solutions in the market to see what they offer.
